Monday – Sunday
We accept both phone/online bookings and walk-ins throughout Monday – Sunday. We may require a booking deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will be taken off your bill total or if cancelled refunded within 48hrs notice.
Group Bookings
Group booking enquiries for 8 or more can be made for Monday – Sunday by online through our ‘Book Now’ page or by phone. Please note a booking deposit will be required to secure your booking. This deposit is refunded on arrival of the event or if cancelled within 48hrs notice.
Please note, groups of 8 or more will not be booked in automatically, but a member of our team will be in touch regarding your booking and confirm the details, including menu options and any special requirements for your group. We recommend providing as much information as possible when submitting your enquiry to help us accommodate your booking efficiently.
All group bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once a member of our team has been in contact and the deposit has been received.
*Please note our policy on cakes for celebrations. Due to health and safety restrictions, we do allow cakes to be brought on site but we do not permit the consumption of cakes/food from outside sources at Joels.
*Please note don’t accept cheques as a method of payment at Joels.
